It’s really important for every student because in their system of education, the ancient Greeks had emphasized the strong relationship between athletics and academics long ago. Nevertheless, even for the ordinary participant, the sport and discipline offers well-established techniques and training to develop stamina, focus, restraint, strength and harmony that are needs for the physical well-being and emotional intelligence of students pursuing excellence in a highly competitive, modern world.
